FrontPage Africa has released its latest Government Performance Report assessing the heads of Liberia’s State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
According to the findings:
The Central Bank of Liberia, under Henry F. Saamoi, received a B
The National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority, led by Cyrus Saygbe, registered an F rating.
The Liberia Electricity Corporation, headed by Mohammed Sheriff, scored A-.
The National Oil Company of Liberia, under Fabian Lai, earned a B-.
The Liberia Petroleum Refinery Company, with Amos Tweh at the helm, scored B+.
The Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation, led by Mo Ali, received a B-.
The Liberia Maritime Authority, overseen by Neto Zarzar Lighe, earned an A- rating.
The National Port Authority, under Sekou Dukuly, scored B+.
The National Investment Commission, led by Jeff Bliblo, received a C+.
The National Insurance Corporation, under Abdullah Swaray, scored F.
NASSCORP, led by Dewitt, performed strongly with an A- rating.
The Liberia Telecommunications Corporation, under Richard Ndorbor, received an F.
The Liberia Telecommunications Authority, headed by Clarence Massaquoi, also received an F rating.
The Forestry Development Authority, under Rudolph Merab, similarly scored F.
The Public Procurement and Concessions Commission, led by Bodger Scott Johnson, scored a C.
The Liberia Agriculture Commodity Regulatory Authority, headed by Dan Saryea, received an F rating.
The National Disaster Management Agency, under Ansu Dolley, also recorded an F.
Finally, the Liberia Land Authority, led by Samuel Kpakio, scored an F rating.
