Honorable Mr. Melvin Bestman
President
Aluminum Association
Noah’s Ark High School
Dear Mr. Bestman,
We, The Concerned Former Students of Noah’s Ark High School write to formally request the immediate intervention of the Aluminum Association regarding the ongoing Student Council electoral process at Noah’s Ark High School.
It has come to our attention that the Election Commissioners have failed to make public and provide to all registered political parties the official voter list, a fundamental requirement for transparency and fairness in any credible electoral process.
This omission represents a serious procedural failure and a violation of basic democratic standards.
As a result of this unethical action, we firmly believe that the independent and impartial nature of the election has been severely undermined.
Proceeding under such conditions risks delegitimizing the outcome and eroding confidence in student governance and institutional integrity.
In light of the above, we respectfully but urgently call on the Aluminum Association to immediately interven and call for the cancellation of the scheduled Student Council election and mandate corrective measures that ensure transparency, fairness, and equal access to electoral information for all stakeholders.
Should the Election Commissioners proceed with the conduct of the election despite these concerns, we will be compelled to pursue lawful and appropriate avenues of redress, including submitting formal complaints to relevant oversight bodies and engaging national platforms to highlight broader governance and ethical concerns at the institution.
We trust in the Aluminum Association’s commitment to upholding integrity, accountability, and the values Noah’s Ark High School stands for. We look forward to your prompt intervention in this matter.
Respectfully,
The Concerned Former Students
Noah’s Ark High School.
