Immediate Termination and Distancing of the Deesire Moore Grace Foundation from the Alleged Acts of Mr. Stephen Testimony Vokpor

The Deesire Moore Grace Foundation (DMGF) wishes to inform the public, partners, donors, stakeholders, and the communities we serve that Amb Testimony Vorkpor Amb S Testimony Vorkpor , who formerly served as the Country Director, has been immediately relieved of all duties and permanently disassociated from the organization.

This decision follows credible reports and disturbing allegations of sexual exploitation and misconduct, acts that are fundamentally incompatible with the values, ethics, and mission of our organization.

The allegations against Mr. Vopor, though yet to be adjudicated through the appropriate legal channels, constitute a serious breach of DMGF’s Code of Conduct and Safeguarding Policy, which all staff, volunteers, and representatives are strictly required to uphold. As a humanitarian and community-driven institution, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of abuse, exploitation, and unethical conduct. We view any violation of this principle as not only a betrayal of our trust but also a violation of the dignity and safety of the people we serve—especially women, youth, and vulnerable groups.

We wish to make it absolutely and unequivocally clear that the alleged actions of Mr. Vokpor are his personal conduct and in no way represent or reflect the values, policies, or culture of the Deesire Moore Grace Foundation.
