Only a few Sierra Leoneans will understand the smile of the 21st-century David.

Ask Sierra Leone Chief Minister, Dr. David Moinina Sengeh, and he will give you the right interpretation of Ibrahim Lincoln's understanding of democracy:

"Government of the people, by the people, for the people."

The true meaning of democracy is serving the people and advancing the common good.

We will Deliver.
