We all have grand ideas
in our minds about how to change the
world. Problems such as deficiencies in governance, dictatorships, corruption, conflicts, and insecurity of multi-ethnic societies, Our system has weak institutions which do not hold people accountable. It produces leaders who are selfish, entitled, and simply do not care. They have no sense of responsibility or accountability. Sometimes
the problem seemed so big, we feel
like a fool for thinking we could
do anything to fix it.

But working with like minded individuals
made us realize that we can’t
change the world with only ideas
in our minds, we also need
conviction in our hearts.

We need to stay hopeful, because knowing that
hopelessness is the enemy of
justice. Hope allows us to push
forward, even when the truth is
distorted by the people in power.
It allows us to stand up when they
tell us to sit down, and to speak
when they say be quiet.

Our system has taken more than it has the
power to give back. But we believe
if each of us can follow his lead,
we can begin to change this world
for the better. If we can look at
ourselves closely, and honestly, we
believe we can make the change for the betterment of our nation!!

Subject: ICLUB's Position on Political Engagement on AMEU Campus

Dear ICLUB Members,

This memo serves to clarify ICLUB's official position regarding political involvement and activities on the AME University campus. As a student organization, ICLUB is committed to fostering an inclusive and apolitical environment that encourages personal growth, intellectual development, and community engagement without being entangled in political affairs or partisanship.

1. Organizational Neutrality
ICLUB is committed to maintaining neutrality in all political matters. We understand the importance of political discourse, but as an organization, we refrain from endorsing or participating in any political campaigns, events, or discussions that may create division or conflict within our diverse membership.

2. Focus on Core Objectives
Our primary goal remains to promote the discussion of Integrity socially, culturally, and educationally. We believe in offering a platform for self-development and collaboration, focusing on activities that contribute positively to the fight against corruption and to the intellectual and personal growth of students, without being distracted by political agendas.

3. Respect for Diverse Opinions
While individual members are encouraged to engage with political activities as private citizens, ICLUB as an organization will not sponsor or facilitate political discussions or events. This ensures that we respect the wide range of political views within our membership and maintain an atmosphere where all students feel welcome and valued.

4. Political Activities and the Campus Environment
Members are reminded that while individual political participation is permitted in their personal capacity, ICLUB events, meetings, and communications will remain strictly non-political. We encourage members to engage in respectful dialogue and avoid using ICLUB events as platforms for political promotion.

Conclusion
ICLUB continues to prioritize the creation of a vibrant, inclusive, and non-partisan environment on campus. We trust that all members will respect the club's commitment to this principle, ensuring our activities remain focused on the shared values and interests of our diverse community.

Sincerely,

ICLUB LEADERSHIP

Our team had an anti-corruption and Integrity-building engagement with students of the B.W HARRIS EPISCOPAL HIGH SCHOOL AND CHRIST THE KING CATHOLIC SCHOOL.

During the engagements, the students were trained on how to take practical steps to reduce corruption and improve transparency and accountability among themselves. We also discussed about the Whistleblower Law and the Witness Protection Act, highlighting the importance of these laws in combating corruption. The session served as an enlightening experience for the participants, providing them with valuable insights into the legal framework and mechanisms in place to address corruption in Liberia.

The Integrity Club is an army of young people trained to spread accountability and integrity messages in universities, schools, and communities. It is an activity under the auspices of Center for Transparency and Accountability in Liberia (CENTAL) National Integrity Building and Anti-Corruption (NIBA) Program funded by SIDA.

Subject: Welcome Back to Campus and the Integrity Club!

Hello

As we embark on a new academic year, it is with great pleasure that we welcome each of you back to our beloved campus and, particularly, to the Integrity Club. Your presence enriches our community and makes our academic environment vibrant and inspiring.

The Integrity Club stands as a beacon of the values we hold dear – honesty, respect, responsibility, and ethical conduct in all aspects of academic and personal life. As members of this esteemed club, you play a crucial role in upholding these values and setting a standard of excellence for your peers and future generations.

Throughout the upcoming year, the Integrity Club will continue to foster a culture of integrity, promote ethical decision-making, and provide a platform for meaningful discussions on important ethical issues facing our society today.

We encourage each of you to actively engage in club activities, share your perspectives, and take part in initiatives that promote integrity both on and off campus. Your contributions are integral to the success and impact of the Integrity Club.

As we join hands to embark on this new chapter together, let us uphold the principles of integrity with unwavering commitment, respect for diversity of thought, and a shared dedication to excellence in all that we do.
