Liberia Football Association President, Mustapha Raji was seen at the SKD practice pitch on Saturday evening doing the round 11 of the Elwa sub-committee third division league.

The LFA president who mission is to promote grass root football across the country was spotted at the SKD practice pitch having a little conversation with the committee chairman and co-chair after the final match between Roundous FC and Regent Club boys.

According to what I gathered today,president Raji is expected to grace the closing ceremony of the Elwa sub-committee third division league.

Activities leading to the completion of the league is yet to be announced by the committee as we left with one,and two more games to go respectively.

Mustapha Raji is a down to earth president.

Long live the administration of President Raji.

Great News!!

The Liberian Senate Committee on Judiciary says it will go ahead with the confirmation proceedings for Cllr. Frank Musa Dean as a nominee for the position of Associate Justice on the Supreme Court's bench regardless of the Supreme Court action.

According to the Committee Chair, Senator Varney Sherman, the Supreme Court notification didn't stop them from performing their legislative function.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday notified the Senate through the Pro-Temp Albert Chie and Vice President Jewel Howard Taylor, who is the President of the Senate of a Petition from the Unity Party a Petition for prohibition to be placed on the nomination.

The time for the hearing is at 10:00 PM at the Capitol Building. However, the committee says they will hold a committee meeting before the hearing.

The Unity Party on Tuesday filed a Writ of prohibition before the Supreme Court against the confirmation of President Weah's nominee Cllr. Frank Musa Dean.
