Meeting at the Crozerville meeting sites was honored by the presence of Hon. Saah Joseph, Senior senator of Montserrado County, he observed and acknowledged the impact. Hon. Joseph applauded the achievements of the women and described UFEL as a driving force for women’s economic empowerment and poverty reduction strategies in Liberia.

As part of our rebranding journey, we began with the Crozierville branch, and today, we gave our Palava Hut a beautiful new look in our official United Female Entrepreneurs of Liberia (UFEL) colors.

‎UFEL Mamba Point Branch Ends 2024–2025 Session in Grand Style

‎The United Female Entrepreneurs Liberia (UFEL) has successfully concluded its 2024–2025 end-of-year session for the Mamba Point Branch, closing the period with a remarkable achievement of $699,686 USD (Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Eighty-Six United States Dollars Only) raised through savings and entrepreneurial activities.

‎The branch, which began the session with 226 members, ended with 210 active participants. Despite the decline, new members were also welcomed during the period demonstrating the organization’s continued growth, resilience, and appeal.

‎Meeting every Friday at their Mamba Point office, the women of UFEL have fostered a strong culture of unity, savings, and empowerment supporting one another in both business and personal development goals.
‎
‎The closing ceremony was filled with joy and celebration. The occasion was further elevated by the presence of Hon. Macdella Cooper, Senior Special Advisor to the President of Liberia, who served as Special Guest of Honor. Hon. Cooper, now a registered member of UFEL, applauded the achievements of the women and described UFEL as a driving force for women’s economic empowerment in Liberia.

‎Speaking at the program, Mrs. Bunchie Hart-Saab, Chairlady of UFEL, praised the commitment and resilience of the members throughout the session. She lauded their ability to raise such a significant amount and encouraged them to continue striving for greater success. She also recognized six members who made extra sacrifices and contributed significantly to the organization’s savings.

‎Additionally, Mrs. Olivia Abourjeily the Co -Chairlady & secretary used the occasion to remind both new and existing members of the rules guiding the organization while also encouraging more women to join UFEL and benefit from its empowering initiatives.
‎
‎The event ended with music, dance, and renewed commitment from the women to advance UFEL’s vision of empowering women through entrepreneurship, advocacy, and community service.
