We are excited to announce that, in partnership with The African Passion International (TAP), we have successfully engaged in discussions with two prestigious universities: MIT-ADT University in Pune, India, and the Sandip Institute of Engineering & Management in Nashik, India. Our mission is to secure international scholarships for young people, emphasizing the youth of District #2, Montserrado County.

We are proud to share that we have secured a 50% scholarship for the young people of District #2 and other Liberians. This scholarship will be available for both Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, allowing eligible students to pay only half of the tuition fees. Furthermore, my office will provide plane tickets for every student who qualifies for the scholarship.

We firmly believe that education is a fundamental right, not a privilege. Our young people must have the opportunity to access this right fully and embrace the future with confidence.

Return from India:

Empowering District #2, Montserrado County with New Opportunities.
Montserrado County, Liberia. September 5, 2025

After a fruitful visit to India to foster international relations and explore potential partnerships, I am back on home soil, eager to share the insights and opportunities that await the people of District #2, Montserrado County, and Liberia at large.

During my trip, I had the honor of engaging with various stakeholders, including government officials, business leaders, and educational institutions, to explore avenues for collaboration that can directly benefit our community. The discussions were rich and focused on key areas such as education, technology, and healthcare.

I'll address the press at my district office tomorrow alighting the public about my visit to India and what my people stand to benefit.

Fellow Citizens,

Warm greetings, and thank you once again for the trust you’ve placed in me as your Representative.

I am pleased to inform you that, following my engagement with the Ministry of Public Works last week, we have received confirmation that Neeklah Town and St. Francis Roads are scheduled for rehabilitation and complete pavement to commerce during the upcoming dry season.

The poor condition of our roads have been a serious concern especially after contractors suddenly pulled out of the Neckley Town Road project, leaving it incomplete and removing their equipment from the site. Through our consistent engagement with Minister, Giddings for clarity and lasting solutions on the matter,

I’m happy to report that the Ministry, through Minister Roland L. Giddings, has reaffirmed its commitment not only to the major roads, but also to other community roads within District #2.

Please rest assured: this coming dry season, both the St. Francis Road and Neeklah Town Road will undergo permanent rehabilitation. I remain fully committed to advocating tirelessly on your behalf. Your concerns are and will always be my top priority.

Together, we will continue pushing for a better District #2!

Thank you.
