Miatta Morris has been one of Liberia outstanding female Footballers in the LFA Women's Upper League, scoring 30 League goals in the just ended Women's League.

A Resident of District #1 Peko Vaye Who based in the USA, Makes a Generous Donation to the District #14 Football Team at the Clara Town Sports Pitch.

The reason for this gesture is to help supports his boyhood District #14 District through grassroots football Development and to also boost the team’s preparations for the upcoming Montserrado County District League.

Mr. Vaye, through the Peko R. Vaye Foundation donated L\$50,000 Liberian Dollars to the District #14 football team.

The donation was presented by Mr. Momo Foday, Chairman of the Foundation’s District #14 Chapter, who encouraged both players and officials to remain focused and dedicated as they gear up for the new season.

The District #14 football steering committee and players expressed immense gratitude to Mr. Vaye affectionately known as Robinho in the district for his timely and generous intervention.

His support is seen as a major morale booster ahead of the competitive season.

Vasco Sumo opened his account for Serbian side FK Novi Pazar with a late equalizer in their final preseason friendly against FK Spartak Subotica β€” his first unofficial goal for the club.

The young Liberian came off the bench and struck in the 86th minute to draw his side level, before they conceded again late on in a narrow 2-1 defeat.

Emmanuel Sieh, ever-present throughout the preseason, also featured once more β€” marking his fifth appearance in the buildup to the new campaign.

Liberia is currently 3rd in the group with 10 points from six matches, while the home side in the upcoming match is at the top of Group H with 16 points in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification.

The last time the Liberia men's national team played a major match was back in March 2025, when they won against SΓ£o TomΓ© 2-1 in Monrovia on the 24th of that month.

Dear Stakeholders;

All players transfer involving third division (male), fourth division, lower women & women community shall no longer be channeled via the Connect platform. Rather, it'll be done via the DTMS.

Therefore, *DTMS Training will be conducted for clubs at these levels July 11 - 12 - 14, 2025.*

Each club is required to submit the name and personal email address of its designated participant to undergo the training via this email, on or before July 10, 2025.

Unbeaten LBA female league leader, D-Rockas announces Four(4) of their players are part of the Liberia U16 Girls team.

Via a facebook post, D-Rockas announced that player Matenneh L Toure, Linda D Wilson, Eunice Brably and Joyce Williams made the Liberia U16 girls team. The Liberia U16 girls team will be competing against Benin and Cote D'Ivoire for the only spot available to Zone 3 for the FIBA U16 Girls Afrobasket which will be held in Rwanda later this year.

The Media Team of District #4 has appointed Sports Journalist Success Carl commonly known as August King as member of the District Media Team, he is a member of the Liberia Sports Writers Association and a member of Let's Promote Women Football platform.

Success Carl will work along with the head of Media team in the Montserrado County upcoming District League.
