With profound sorrow, the Johnson family announces the homegoing of their beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and patriarch, Mr. Reuben Johnson, Sr.

๐’๐ฎ๐ง๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ: Tuesday, August 19, 2025

Mr. Johnson peacefully departed this life at the Liberian Government Hospital in Buchanan following a period of illness.

He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives residing in Liberia and the Diaspora.

His remains have been deposited at the Evening Rest Funeral Home, Kilby Street, pending funeral arrangements.

The first family meeting is scheduled for Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Johnson residence on Preston Street, Buchanan City.

The Langley, Moore, and Askie families are heartbroken to announce the passing of their beloved mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother, Deacon Elizabeth Moore Langley.

A second and final meeting will be held on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at the home of the deceased in the Cecelia Railey Community, Brewerville City, Liberia ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ท.

Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Removal: The body will be removed from the St. Moses Funeral Service in Gardnersville on Friday, August 15, 2025, and taken to the Cartwright Memorial AME Zion Church in Brewerville City. ๐Ÿšโ›ช๏ธ

Funeral Service: The funeral service will be held at the Cartwright Memorial AME Zion Church on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. โฐ

Interment: Interment will follow the service at the Brewerville Cemetery. ๐ŸŒณโšฐ๏ธ
