Nimba District #3 Incoming Rep. Aspirant Domah Holds District Engagement Meeting In Sanniquellie City.

In a bid to create awareness of the existence of his Political Party, Nimba County District #3 incoming Rep. Aspirant Patrick Domah has begun holding several District Engagement meetings with communities’ residents in Sanniquellie City.

A Son Of Lofa County And Formal Senator George T. Tengbeh Writes.

MY TAKE ON THE YELLOW MACHINES.

Investing in heavy machinery is a bold and necessary step toward literal "ground-level" progress. In a country Liberia, where the rainy season can turn a commute into a crisis, these machines represent more than just construction of roads. In my opinion, they represent access to healthcare, education, and trade.

Improving Liberia’s road infrastructure is the single most effective multiplier for national development.

By importing and deploying heavy-duty earthmoving equipment—the huge yellow machines that are expected to build our future. In my mind, the government is making a direct investment in the following pillars to support the ARREST AGENDA:

1. Economic Mobility: Reliable roads allow farmers in rural counties to bring produce to market before it spoils, directly boosting food security and rural income.

2. Healthcare Access: Road connectivity is a matter of life and death. Modern machinery ensures that ambulances and medical supplies can reach remote villages year-round, regardless of the weather:
3. Reduced Maintenance Costs: Owning a robust national fleet of graders, excavators, and pavers is more cost-effective in the long run than contracting out emergency repairs after every rainy season.

My recommendations for Implementation.

A machine is only as good as the hand that moves it. To ensure these yellow machines provide long-term value, I urge Chairman J. Brownie Samukai to consider the following:

1. Technical Training: Establishing a specialized program for local operators and mechanics to ensure the equipment is maintained and remains operational for years.

2. Strategic Deployment: Prioritizing bottleneck routes that connect major county capitals to ensure the widest possible economic impact.
2. Transparency in Procurement: Ensuring that the machinery imported is high-quality and suited for Liberia's specific tropical terrain.
The strength of Liberia’s economy lies in the strength of its roads. We applaud the government commitment to bringing in the tools necessary to pave the way for a more connected and prosperous nation. Liberians, let's be optimistic and objective in our thinking.

Patriotic Son Of Ground Kru Hugh P. Bladee To Contest PAP National Chairmanship

As the People's Action Party (PAP) prepared for its first national convention scheduled for March of this year, a patriotic son of Ground Kru County Hon. Hugh Poteah Bladee has vowed to contest for the chairmanship of Liberia’s newest political party, the “People’s Action Party” (PAP).

Hon. Bladee is a seasoned communications and development specialist with several years of experience in the Liberian political arena, holding a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the prestigious Kigali Independent University.

Making the disclosure over the weekend, Hon. Bladee said his quest to contest for the PAP chairmanship is rooted in the belief that Liberia needs leaders who are grounded in Liberia and have a firsthand understanding of the grassroots politics of the country.

According to him, PAP, as a new political party, needs strong, well-educated, and reliable individuals who are vital to guide membership with confidence into the future as a party that is hopeful of taking the leadership mantle of the country.

“My decision to contest for this post is rooted in the belief that we need leaders who are on the ground in Liberia and have a firsthand understanding of grassroots politics. Strong, well-educated, and reliable individuals are vital to guide us confidently into the future.

My expertise in public policy and governance equips me with the credentials and experience necessary to take on this challenge and I such, I humbly announce my candidacy for the National Chairmanship of our party during the upcoming national convention in March 2026,” Hon. Bladee disclosed in a statement of appreciation to partisans of the PAP.

Further, Hon. Bladee assured partisans, well-wishers of PAP, and all Liberians that in unity and togetherness, the PAP can achieve its motive.

Together, we can achieve greatness by fostering teamwork, unity, and shared purpose as I will personally connect with all partisans as we work collaboratively to bring this dream to life” he stressed.

Hon. Bladee, at the same time, urged partisans, well-wishers of PAP, and all Liberians to place faith in themselves and trust in their capabilities, as Liberians do not need a Liberian American to dictate what is best for the country.

The Liberian developmental specialist, however, stressed the need for a collective responsibility to strive towards making Liberia great once again, and such a vision can only be realized with a rightful establishment of foundations with capable individuals at the forefront, guided by a shared aim of transforming our precious nation.

“I firmly believe that through our united ideas and ingenuity, Liberia has the potential to rise and thrive once more, and I am deeply honored and grateful to express my heartfelt appreciation to each one of you who has contributed to the continued progress of our party.

Your dedication and efforts will forever be etched in the annals of history,” the PAP pending National Chairman ended.
