William V. S. Tubman University's New President Assumes Office Today!

The newly appointed President of the William V. S. Tubman University assumed his new post as President of the William V. S. Tubman University.
Dr. Olu Menje assumed the post today in a short turn -over ceremony from the former Interim President, Dr. Emmanuel L.S. Wreh, following a very turbulent time of administrative crisis at the institution.
The new President vowed to use his expertise and connection to help revamp the image of the institution.
Dr. Menje thanked the Visitor to the university, Pres. George M. Weah and promised to justify the confidence reposed in him.
He stressed that innovation, collaboration and academic excellence among others, are key factors that would set the institution apart from other universities in the nation, something he promised to strive towards promoting.
Dr. Menje assured a cross section of staffers and faculty members of his service and cooperation to move the university forward.
He promised to utilize what he termed as the "Bottom -to-top" approach in steering the affairs of the university.
