Happy 179th Independence Day, Liberia

Today, as Liberia celebrates 179 years of freedom, resilience, and nationhood, Eco Guidance of Liberia proudly joins all Liberians in honoring our rich history and the sacrifices of those who paved the way for our independence.

This Independence Day reminds us that true patriotism is reflected not only in our love for our country but also in our commitment to protecting its natural resources. Together, let us build a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable Liberia by preserving our forests, protecting our waterways, reducing plastic pollution, and inspiring environmental responsibility in every community.

As we celebrate our past, let us also invest in a future where development and environmental stewardship go hand in hand.

Happy 179th Independence Day, Liberia!
Together, let's protect today and preserve tomorrow.

Let’s all get into the habit of carrying reusable bags when we shop. It’s a small change, but it can help cut down on plastic waste in our streets, beaches, and communities. Reusable bags are stronger, last longer, and save money over time. Say yes to reusable bags and help keep Liberia clean.

Today, Eco Guidance of Liberia joins the global community in celebrating World Ocean Day under the theme: "Our Ocean, Our Future, Our Responsibility."

Our oceans are vital to life on Earth. They regulate our climate, provide food and livelihoods, support biodiversity, and sustain communities around the world. However, plastic pollution, overexploitation, and environmental degradation continue to threaten marine ecosystems.

As responsible stewards of the environment, we all have a role to play in protecting our oceans. Simple actions such as reducing plastic waste, participating in beach cleanups, and promoting sustainable practices can make a lasting difference.

Together, let us work towards cleaner oceans, healthier marine life, and a sustainable future for generations to come.
