CEO Lyee K Bility stands firmly with Mama Liberia and condemns fellow entertainers for pressuring Mama Liberia to be removed from his brand ambassadorial deals.
“I na say my fellow entertainers muh nah witch-hunt their fellow friend (not calling name). Just kno that you’re fightin a loosing battle. If you win this battle, then everything I did for entertainment da free. Nonsense.”
Mama Liberia recently shared his thoughts about religion, which made some followers of various religions angry at him, including both Christians and Muslims. According to Mama Liberia, he doesn't believe in religions; what he believes in is God. With this statement, Mama Liberia began denigrating religion on social media. This led followers of both religions to threaten not to buy anything related to him and urged brands to terminate their ambassadorial deals with him. All promotional videos he made with Sole Juice and Diamond Water have been taken down by the entities.
CEO Lyee B and other entertainers see this as wrong, believing that a man should not be discriminated against because of his views on religion.
