A full season of excitement has come to an end, and the publicly proclaimed most reputable pageant is back! The Miss Inter-University Beauty Pageant’s second edition is set for March 28, 2026, in the nation’s capital, Monrovia. Officially announced yesterday at MICAT’s regular Thursday press briefing, the team shared that fourteen contestants will take part in workshops and a pitching contest, with six finalists advancing to the grand finale.

It was also revealed that winners will receive prizes including a car, scholarships, cash, internships, and opportunities for international exposure, while all contestants will benefit from mentorship and professional development. The Liberia National Police has fired Patrolmen Edwin T. Ceasar and Stephen B. Wanawon after they were caught on camera stealing two packs of wigs during the demolition of the CDC headquarters.

The officers are now with the Criminal Service Department for further investigation.

While fans still await his official album, Jaredo is gearing up to release his EP, Road to POA, on Friday.

He revealed that the delay of his much-anticipated album came after a hard drive crash wiped out all his international collaborations while he was working to secure a feature from his idol, Wizkid.

In that same period, Jaredo was also involved in a serious accident that left him with two missing front teeth. Now, refusing to give up, the artist has decided to bless his fans with an EP while reworking his album.
