๐๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ฒ, ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐ The Destined Vessels Movement (DVM) held a solemn ordination ceremony at its edifice in Pipeline Community, commissioning ten young men and women into various ministerial offices for Christian service and leadership at the climax of their annual Laborerโs conference, tagged: Built To Last.
The ceremony, which drew family members, friends, church leaders, and well-wishers, was marked by heartfelt worship, spiritual reflection, and prayers of consecration as the ordinands publicly embraced their sacred callings in ministry.
Among those ordained were John-Mark Diamond Collins into the office of Apostle and his wife, Angelica Sheena Collins, into the office of Prophet. Sam P. Diggs and his wife, Nancy Neese Diggs, were both ordained as pastors. Others ordained included Musa Moses Bangura and Kerry A. Kennedy as pastors; Emerald S. Bedell and Glenna Neese Mesleh as teachers; Greatness Yennego as minister; and Oyindamola E. Oniyide as evangelist.
The event was attended by several prominent clergymen, including Bishop Sam Oroge, Rev. Jackson Doe and His Wife Pastor Christiana Doe, Pastor Samson Q. Gee, Rev. J. Olayee S. Collins, Pastor Titus Kollie, and Rev. Rose H. Monbo, among others. The ceremony was presided over by Apostle Izetta Blessing David, visionary and shepherd of DVM.
A moment of vibrant worship and thanksgiving characterized the gathering as Min. Samuka Kabah alongside the DVM Worship Team ministered inspirational songs that elevated the atmosphere of reverence and celebration.
Established in 2013, the Destined Vessels Movement has remained committed to discipling young people for godly leadership and consecrated living. Through its ministry, many young lives have evidently been transformed, with numerous individuals delivered from destructive lifestyles and inspired toward purposeful Christian service.
In closing, Rev. J. Olayee S. Collins charged the newly ordained ministers as they embarked upon the sacred journey of service in the vineyard of Christ. Using the Apostle Peterโs moment of fall when asked by the Lord Jesus to walk on the water and come to him, Rev. Collins solemnly encouraged the ministers to persevere with courage, humility, and unwavering devotion, never shrinking from weighty responsibilities entrusted to them. He further admonished them to keep looking unto Jesus, the One who has called them into ministry no matter how overwhelmed they might be. The charge was clear and very profound: to hold firmly to Jesus Christ, and never bring reproach upon the sacred calling they have received.
The ceremony ended with families and well-wishers flooding the altar to embrace their newly ordained brothers and sisters as they begin their new journey in the faith.
On behalf of the Saintsโ Studios at Giving Jesus Global, we extend our hearty congratulations to our brethren on their new roles in the Body of Christ, and to the shepherd, Apostle Izetta Blessing, we bless God for your life and all you do for this young generation. May the Lord Jesus Christ, the Chief Shepherd of the sheep, continue to lead you as you lead others to Him.
