Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is a cornerstone of Liberia’s national transformation. With over 60% of our population consisting of youth, equipping them with leadership, industrial technology, and entrepreneurship skills is essential to bridging the skills gap and building a robust, future-ready national workforce.
For years, we have proudly supported government initiatives by cultivating leadership values through the . EQUIP program. To date, we have empowered over 75,000 young people across eleven counties with structural leaderahip in Montserrado, B**g, Margibi, Grand Bassa, Rivercess, Maryland, and Sinoe. This significant milestone is a testament to the dedication of our past and current National Coordinators and our passionate facilitators, who tirelessly champion transformation by embedding JCM Beyond Success values into institutions and communities.
Building on this foundation, we have developed a comprehensive TVET curriculum designed for high schools and vocational programs. Our focus areas include:

These curricula are now being implemented at our center in the Soul Clinic/Zayzay community, a hub dedicated to innovation. This vacation, we are opening our doors to high school students, offering parents a unique opportunity to enroll their children in 21st-century career-readiness programs. Furthermore, we invite schools eager to integrate technical and vocational education into their own academic frameworks to partner with us in designing curricula tailored to their specific needs.
