Big congratulations to the Vodacom Lesotho Premier League champions, Lioli Football Club , for winning Alliance Challenge Cup, proudly hosted by Alliance Insurance Company.

They beat Linare Football Club on penalties (4:3) and later faced with LCS FC """Masheshena""" in the final, where Thabang Makuru scored the only goal to seal a 1:0 victory.

These cup-winning gaints from the Mountain Kingdom are set to face Orlando Pirates in the CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE PRELIMINARY Round next month.

Mark My words, Lioli FC could make history as the first team from Lesotho to win the CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! 👑✨️⚽️

Meet Kabelo “Makhaula” Ramokhoa

He’s a 19-year-old attacking midfielder from Mapoteng Tiping — and he can also play as a striker.

Kabelo began his football journey in 2021 with De Khopest FC in Division C. In 2022, he moved up to Division B and impressed as a striker by scoring many goals.

Right now, he plays for Mp Barcelona, one of the top teams in the Mapoteng zone.

He recently shined at the Alliance High School tournament, winning Player of the Tournament while playing for Mohatlane High School.

Well done, Makhaula — the future looks bright!

Some schools play to win, but Mohatlane High School plays to inspire.

They were runners-up in 2023, dropped to 4th place in 2024, but they never gave up.

In 2025, they came back stronger, braver, and more determined and finally became champions! 🏆

This isn’t just a victory , t’s a story of hard work, struggle, and heart.
