JOB OPPORTUNITY: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Tetris Housing Trust is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator with knowledge of construction work and related fields to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to handle administrative tasks efficiently while supporting our construction projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of construction materials.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and reports.
• Maintain records of project timelines, contracts, and payments.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is an added advantage.
