"Work doesn't always end at 5 PM. Stress from deadlines or mistakes often follows people home ☹️ As an office manager, it's fun but not an easy task to turn thoughts from "I hate Monday" into "I hope there are more TutoCoins hidden tomorrow in the office." 🪙 Being an office manager isn't just about creativity, it's also about genuinely caring for the people around you. Understanding the office culture and colleagues' needs is the most important part of this job ☺️👍 Without it, an office culture could turn into a cold and unwelcoming place. You always have to be in the middle of things happening around you to catch some ideas and understand people's vibes.

Turning a workplace into a social and happy place can be done by brainstorming some crazy ideas 🤯 Whether it's introducing a playful fake currency for cute prizes, organizing fast-paced game tournaments for competition, or bringing everyone together for a themed celebration lunch - it helps to stay on budget and put a twist on a slow office day 🎉 The simple trick is to ask people what they would like because sometimes they have amazing ideas but are too shy to share them.

"At TutoTOONS, we're in the business of making joyful experiences for parents and kids - and building a fun, empowered team is the first step 💪 My leadership strategy is simple: build, empower, repeat. I believe in hiring smart, creative people, giving them ownership, and clearing the path so they can do their best work 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ I set clear goals but avoid micromanaging - clarity of direction matters more than control. I encourage open feedback, celebrate experimentation (even when it fails), and foster a culture where curiosity and creativity are valued 🧪 My job is to ensure the teams are inspired, supported, and continually improving.

To me, leadership isn't about titles or authority. It's about trust, empathy, and being human. Whether we're building a game or improving a process, the player experience serves as our guiding compass 🧭 If it doesn't improve things for our audience, we reconsider it, but never stop creating or improving - everything teaches us something new."

Stefano, TutoTOONS Head of Business Development, is just back from Las Vegas, USA, where he visited not one but two conferences - MAU Vegas 2025 and Licensing Expo – the ultimate stages for mobile growth pros! 🚀

"I've traveled to Las Vegas to attend two conferences, MAU Vegas and Licensing Expo ✈️ The first conference was focused on mobile app growth, not just gaming, while the second is the world's largest brand licensing conference, where various entertainment brands showcase themselves 📱

Participating has been very insightful! 🚀 At the Expo, I had the opportunity to meet existing partners and explore potential new collaborations, as well as view excellent stands from some of the most famous IPs, including my favorite characters from my favorite video games 😁 While at MAU, I was met by marketing professionals from all over the globe, learned about new tools, gained new ideas, and had the opportunity to share the stage with other experts on in-app advertising. I had an amazing experience - I'm looking forward to visiting again next year! 💪"

"One of the most interesting insights from UA campaigns is that it is never enough to know your campaigns or titles - unlike many traditional digital marketing campaigns 📈 You need to be actively aware of current trends, such as holidays and celebrations, as well as other factors that directly affect your UA campaigns, which can serve as easter eggs for your UA efforts 🎅 Understanding external trends and seasonality can have a positive impact on campaigns if leveraged effectively.

Another interesting fact about UA campaigns is that you must always consider the big picture when making decisions and understanding performance 🖼️ Relying on short-term visibility can lead to unnecessary troubles for your campaign performance."

Aurelija's creative journey led her to the heart of TutoTOONS 🎮✨ Today, she's stepping into a new chapter as our Lead Video Editor. Here's how passion, persistence, and a bit of courage shaped her path 👇

"I started my creative journey in graphic design, but videos always lit a spark in me 🌟 Over the years, I kept slowly moving toward it - learning, experimenting, and taking on any opportunity that brought me closer. Eventually, I landed my dream job as a Video Editor at TutoToons - a mobile game company that instantly felt like home, especially since games have been part of my life. It was already a dream come true… and something I never expected to happen 😃

Our team suddenly needed a new lead, and I was offered the role. Me? A team lead? 😱 I never saw myself in that kind of position. But with the experience I had built and support from the team, I decided to leap 🚀

Now I'm freshly minted Lead Video Editor - still figuring things out, learning daily, and realizing how much more there is to grow 🌱 It's crazy, exciting, and deeply rewarding all at once.

What have I earned so far? 💬 Hard work and a genuine love for what you do pay off. Even when it feels like no one's noticing, someone is 🫶 And saying yes to the unexpected can lead to the biggest growth."
