Introducing - born and raised in Hokkaido, Japan.
In 2021, he decided to give up his dayjob as a public servant to become a full-time musician and began to produce artwork, working primarily on beat and ambient pieces.

Influenced by Japanese songs, kf13 creates equally nostalgic landscapes. At the heart of his world, however, is an awe of nature and a powerful sense of taking life seriously. Various tones flow back in time and breathe life into the music. It reminds him of the mysterious nature along with nostalgia.

Above all, scenes from his childhood are the source of inspiration for his work. When he opens the door of the synthesizer, the woven world takes on a nostalgic air. It is natural to want to explore the unknown, just as the unfamiliar is more appealing than the familiar in everyday life. The music of kf13 is a ferry to the world of imagination and longing for something precious.

Introducing Koikid, a London-based guitarist and producer whose debut release, Rainy Daydreams, marks the beginning of his evolving journey into lo-fi music. Using guitar as the foundation for much of his creative process, Koikid crafts warm, dreamy soundscapes that blend lo-fi textures with a strong focus on melody and mood 🎸

Influenced by a diverse musical upbringing—from classic funk and soul to jazz, hip hop, and ’90s grunge—Koikid remains open to exploring and evolving his style, while still maintaining a distinct lo-fi aesthetic in his music.
