(re)Discovering the pleasure of listening to full albums on record😎

Lives Outgrown is the debut solo studio album by English musician Beth Gibbons (singer and lyricist for the band Portishead), released on 17 May 2024.

Beth played the album live last night at the Abbaye de Neimënster and added a few gems from the Portishead catalogue as well.

Stunning vocals and superb musicians. A great evening 👍

Flying with Angels is the tenth studio album by American singer-songwriter Suzanne Vega. It was released on May 2, 2025.
It is Vega's first album of all-new material since 2014.
Describing the album's lyrical content, Vega stated: "Each song on the album takes place in an atmosphere of struggle. Struggle to survive, to speak, to dominate, to win, to escape, to help someone else, or just live."

This release will be my CD Tip album review next week (starting on June 23rd) on Radio ARA 👍
