🎉 July 14th: 2 Years of Distilling, dreaming, and doing.
Two years ago, on July 14th, 2023, I fired up my still for the very first time.

That day marked the beginning of something real. After months (actually, years) of paperwork, research, doubts, delays, excitement, and a fair amount of stubbornness… I finally launched my first distillation. And with it, Entre Nous Gin truly came to life.

Since then, it’s been a journey of recipes, mistakes, beautiful moments, workshops, tastings, markets, sleepless nights, and countless memories. Every bottle has a piece of my heart in it.

To everyone who’s supported, cheered, tasted, and trusted: thank you 💜

Here’s to creating, growing, learning, and staying true to what we believe in—even when the path isn’t clear. Especially then.
