M.L.M Irshad Sir Ascends to Sri Lankan Teacher Educationist Service Grade I

In a recent announcement by the Government Service Commission on 10/01/2024, Mr. M.L.M Irshad, the dedicated Officer-in-Charge of Mawanella Teacher Development Center, has reached a significant milestone in his educational career by securing a promotion to the esteemed position of Sri Lankan Teacher Educationist Service Grade I.

A particularly noteworthy aspect of Mr. Irshad's achievement is that he made history in 2008 as the first Sinhala and Tamil language officer to attain the prestigious SLTES-I rank, underscoring his pioneering role in advancing educational standards.

Born as the youngest son to the late Maulavi Marhoom Muhammad Lebbee, respected former Arabic and Tamil teacher from Hemmathagama, Palliporuwa, Mr. Irshad brings a legacy of commitment and excellence to his role.

As we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Irshad on this well-deserved accomplishment, we look forward to witnessing his continued impact on the field of education and wish him a future filled with continued success and prosperity.
