PART 3 — and things escalated quickly 🍷🇪🇸

In San Sebastián, apparently every pintxo comes with a glass of wine… and nobody tells you when to stop 😂

Several stops later, Chef Pit was living his best life somewhere between spanish vibes, pintxos & pure happiness.

Honestly? This wasn’t just a food tour.
It felt like being part of the city for one evening.

PART 2 — San Sebastián Food Tour 🇪🇸✨

The first thing our guide Lourdes told us:
“In Spain… we don’t queue for food. We fight for it.” 😂🔥

And honestly? She was RIGHT.
Packed bars, people everywhere, zero personal space… but somehow everybody knows exactly how this works.

Tiny bars, huge flavors, endless pintxos & an atmosphere you honestly can’t explain unless you experience it yourself 🤝

And once again… the biggest thank you to Lourdes for giving us the BEST local food tour ever ❤️
She knew everybody, every story, every hidden spot… exactly the kind of experience we love when traveling.

This city eats differently. 🇪🇸🌊

SAN SEBASTIÁN FOOD TOUR — PART 1 🇪🇸🔥

What an experience. Honestly one of the best foodie evenings we’ve ever had ✨

We explored San Sebastián together with our amazing guide Lourdes — and she made this night so special.
So local, so passionate, knows literally everybody and teaches you so much about the food, the culture and the little details you would never discover alone 🌊🍷

From crowded pintxos bars to hidden favorites, we tasted our way through the city one bite at a time… and now we completely understand the San Sebastián hype 👀🔥

And trust us: navigating these busy bars is almost an experience on its own 😂
But luckily Lourdes gave us THE best tip on how to behave and order inside the chaos…

POV: it starts raining in 16 minutes… so Pit has to cook FAST 🌧️🔥🥪

A campsite in the Basque Country, products from Les Halles in Biarritz, hungry people… and one mission:
build the ultimate express sandwich before the rain hits 😄

Cooking outside.
Improvising.
Working with local products.
And somehow creating something insanely good anyway 🔥

This sandwich became one of our favorite “real travel moments” of the whole trip 🇪🇸!

No luxury restaurant needed. Just good food, a campsite and the right people around you ❤️

Spain is beautiful for the culture…” 🇪🇸

Pintxos balanced on tiny plates.
Ham cut paper-thin.
People standing outside with wine in their hands.
Fresh anchovies.
The sound of a busy kitchen.
Crowded counters.
One more stop. One more bite. One more glass.

This is exactly why we travel. Not only to see places —
but to TASTE them.

And the Basque Country honestly gave us one of the strongest food vibes we ever experienced 🔥

From Biarritz to Saint-Jean-de-Luz to San Sebastián… every street felt like a giant open-air food market.

And trust us:
we filmed SO much more coming over the next days 👀🔥

Not gonna lie… this feels less like a camper and more like a luxury apartment on wheels 🚐✨ And honestly… we were NOT prepared for how huge this thing actually feels once you step inside 😅

8.89m of pure comfort:
– 2 air condition systems ❄️
– huge storage everywhere (real drawers, a real wardrobe, real living space 😍)
– enough space to bring a scooter
– massive 5m awning for outdoor living ☀️
– solar panels, meaning you can stay fully autonomous for 1–2 days without electricity 🔋
– and one detail we absolutely LOVED:
the electric front roller shutter. At night you close it with one click and it instantly feels cozy, private and super comfortable 🌙

And then there’s Pit’s favorite part:
the driving experience 🚛 For a vehicle this size, it drives incredibly smooth and stable.

Camping for us was never about “surviving with less”.
It was always about freedom — but in our own way 🚐✨

We’re not the minimal vanlife people with one tiny drawer and a mattress on the floor 😅
And honestly? That’s totally okay.

We love comfort.
We love having a real kitchen, a real closet, enough storage for all our chaos and long dinners outside under the awning 🌙

And this is exactly why this setup with  felt so perfect for us.

Luxury camping doesn’t make the adventure less authentic 🤍

We stopped at Maison Adam to finally try their legendary Gâteau Basque with black cherries…
and honestly? We completely get the obsession now.

Buttery crust, sweet cherry filling, tiny café moment in the middle of our Basque road trip ☕✨

This region really knows how to turn simple things into something unforgettable.
