Luxembourg’s fundcraft has raised €12 million, led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP, to expand its digital fund operations platform.

fundcraft, the Luxembourg-based digital fund operations provider for alternative investment funds, has secured €12 million in strategic growth financing co-led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments, with participation from existing backers 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures and Aperture Capital.

The round brings fundcraft’s total capital raised since its 2021 founding to €40 million, following its €11 million Series A extension and initial €5 million round.

🛰️ Luxembourg-based Hydrosat and JSC "National company "Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary" have signed an agreement to develop a sovereign thermal satellite constellation for Central Asia.

Led by Pieter Fossel and Kaiyrzhan KOZHAYEV, the project will combine thermal imaging with AI-driven analytics to strengthen water and food security, climate resilience and national decision-making.
