Clara Moraru’s Journey from Student to Changemaker

🎙️ Clara arrived in Luxembourg as a student and quickly found herself involved in community work. This sparked her passion for leadership and social impact, and today, she’s a multilingual serial entrepreneur, speaker, and advocate for women’s rights. She believes learning never stops, for individuals and organisations, and that staying curious is key to staying competitive!

Her path, in her own words:
✅ “When I came to Luxembourg, I got involved in associations — youth, students, women.”
✅ “I always wanted to have my own company.”
✅ “It’s not easy to be an entrepreneur, especially as a woman. But it’s so rewarding.”

📉 With only 2 out of 10 tech entrepreneurs in Luxembourg being women, Clara’s message is clear: “Join non-profit networks, build your skills, and bring your ideas to life.”
