Family-oriented exhibition areas and a children’s room make the museum suitable for visitors of different ages.

Ciclopista del - a panoramic and pedestrian route in sul Garda, .

The path is suspended above the waters of Lake Garda along the rocky western shoreline. Opened in 2018 as part of the larger “Garda by Bike” project, the route quickly became one of the most photographed cycling paths in Italy thanks to its elevated sections attached directly to the cliffside above the lake.

The paved path can be explored on foot or by bicycle and offers panoramic views of Lake Garda, surrounding mountains, tunnels, and the lakeside town. The current accessible section of the route is up to 3 kilometres long and is suitable for casual walks and family cycling trips. Evening lighting allows the route to remain accessible after sunset.

At present, the route does not continue all the way to Riva del Garda. Pedestrians and cyclists reach a scenic end point overlooking the lake before turning back along the same path. During the summer months, temperatures along the exposed lakeside route may become very high, and visitors are advised to bring sufficient drinking water.

Bike and e-bike rental services, cafés, parking areas, and lakeside promenades are located near the entrance to the route. Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a short leash.

Nature Park in stretches for around 145 kilometres along the Adriatic coast between the Vratnik Pass and the Zrmanja River canyon.

The park covers a large part of the Velebit mountain range and includes diverse landscapes ranging from rocky mountain peaks and forests to canyons, caves, and coastal viewpoints. The protected area includes both Northern Velebit National Park and Paklenica National Park, as well as hiking routes, mountain roads, botanical sites, and traditional shepherd landscapes. Velebit Nature Park is part of UNESCO’s World Network of Biosphere Reserves due to its biodiversity and importance for nature conservation.

The park is known for hiking and outdoor activities, including the famous Premužić Trail, panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic Sea and islands, mountain huts, caves, cycling routes, and wildlife habitats inhabited by bears, wolves, lynx, and chamois. Scenic drives through the mountain range connect coastal and inland Croatia and offer access to viewpoints, forests, and karst formations characteristic of the Velebit region.

, a historic Dalmatian town, the official gateway to National Park,

Ancient Scardona from the Roman times has a history spanning more than 2,000 years, and the old town center is protected as a cultural monument.

Narrow stone streets, waterfront promenades, and historic architecture make Skradin one of the most recognizable small towns in inland Dalmatia. The town is also known as a culinary and yachting destination, with a marina, seafood restaurants, traditional Dalmatian cuisine, and the well-known Skradin risotto. Boat and walking trail connections from Skradin provide one of the main access routes into Krka National Park and its waterfalls.

Above the town, the A1 motorway crosses the Krka River canyon via the high Krka Bridge between Zadar and Split. A nearby highway rest area offers panoramic views of Skradin, the river canyon, and the surrounding landscape below.
