The Solein Kitchen, located at the heart of our headquarters, is on a mission to discover and demonstrate new ways to make food using Solein, our ground-breaking new protein. This is no ordinary test kitchen: it’s a space where science meets creativity, where first-time flavours are imagined, and where we redefine what food can be in a world shaped by climate urgency and dietary change.
At the centre of it all is our Head Chef, Miikka Manninen, who takes something that seems abstract—protein out of thin air—and turns it into something everyone craves. He’s not inventing the impossible; he’s making the new familiar. Solein isn’t here to revolutionise eating, but to revolutionise the food itself, without compromising the tastes and textures we already love.
