This week, we were honoured to participate in the Action Against Hunger Innovation Showcase in New York as one of the featured innovators, discussing our revolutionary protein production technology and Solein’s potential in addressing the global food crisis, malnutrition, and protein deficiency. The Showcase is designed to spotlight transformative solutions in nutrition, food security, climate resilience, and beyond.

Solein’s groundbreaking production technology is independent of arable land, large-scale water use, and weather or climate conditions. It can be produced anywhere in the world from deserts to the Arctic, even in places where food production is typically not possible.

Our primary focus is to scale up Solein’s production to help feed the growing global population. However, our technology can also be scaled down and made mobile to provide food production solutions for demanding conditions such as disaster zones or military defence situations.

Leading Japanese food manufacturer the Ajinomoto Group continues to launch new consumer products made with Solein: Introducing Atlr.72® GRe:en Drop Coffee! A delicious blend of traditional coffee and bean less coffee, the dairy-free treat gets creamy consistency and an extra kick of protein from Solein, which also enhances the indulgent flavours.

Having previously developed sweet treats, Atlr.72® is now expanding to beverages. Ajinomoto plans to expand the brand further into daily meals and other food categories, aiming to provide a food experience that allows people to enjoy eating while contributing to a better future for the environment around the world.

The sneak preview of the dairy-free Atlr.72® GRe:en Drop Coffee is available for a limited one week period in Singapore starting October 27. Stay tuned!

Our product concepts for Solein-powered protein drinks and ready-to-mix protein shakes showcase Solein's potential as an ingredient in high-protein products aimed for supporting an active lifestyle.

To develop flavours that consumers especially in the US – the biggest protein consuming market in the world – will love, we partnered with the American flavour house Sensapure Flavors. In collaboration with Sensapure, we have created a variety of prototypes for Solein® Shakes and Solein® Protein Drinks.
