Hello everypuppy! 🐾💗
As you might have seen from my stories, I had a little zoomies accident on Saturday and I hurt one of my nails. 🥺 The vet recommended removing the nail capsule, but Mom wasn’t completely convinced, so we decided to go with the second option: monitoring it and seeing if it starts healing on its own.
The nail will probably fall off eventually, but the most important thing is that the nail bed has already started to heal! 🥹💗 For now, I’m only allowed to go on walks with my little bo**ie on, but Mom is making sure I get plenty of rest, so I don’t put too much pressure on my sore paw. She says I need to rest for a couple more days before I’m actually allowed to go on a real walk again. 🙄🐾
And it seems to be working! 🥰 Today is a very good day for me and I’m feeling much better 🐶

Oh, and in case anyone needs this little hack… we’re using a toilet paper roll to make it easier to get a dog sock onto my tiny paw! 🐾🧦 Swipe to see it!
