📊 This value mainly appears in traffic source dimensions (Acquisition → Traffic Acquisition). It means that the data about the source has been received but has not yet been processed. Over time, this value should disappear, and there's nothing you can do to change it manually.

📈 This will help distinguish results from the (not set) source dimension, which means that Google Analytics is unable to determine where the traffic came from. Fortunately, this can be fixed by properly defining your URLs using UTM tags and organizing your data tracking setup.
