May at Infinitum Agency is our sports month, and this year it also brought us to the Rimi Riga Marathon. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A total of 8 Infinitum Agency colleagues took part. Some ran the 10 km and half marathon distances, while others teamed up for the Signet Bank marathon relay, finishing in 10th place.

For some, it was an individual challenge, for others a shared relay effort, and some were there cheering from the sidelines — but in the end, everyone met in the same feeling: tired legs, big smiles, and pride in their team.

We’re very proud of our sporty and driven colleagues. You are gold. 💛

Startēja 8 Infinitum Agency kolēģi. Daļa skrēja 10 km un pusmaratonu, bet daļa apvienojās Signet Bank maratona stafetē, kur izdevās tikt līdz 10. vietai.

In recent years, the SEO team has chosen to spend their team-building events by going on shared trips and exploring colleagues’ hometowns — this time, it was Valmiera.

The day was spent simply being together in a different setting — walking through the city, trying something new, eating at places recommended by locals, and in the evening letting conversations drift beyond work topics. No rush, just a chance to step out of the usual routine and see each other outside the everyday context.

One of the core values of the company is the team itself. That’s why it matters how people feel around each other and how easily they can work together. It’s something that needs to be taken care of — and trips like this are one way to do it.

We recently welcomed first-year marketing students from the Ekonomikas un kultūras augstskola (EKA) together with their lecturer Kristina Ilatovska 👋🎓

The purpose of the visit was to give students a practical understanding of how the work of a digital marketing agency is actually organised, what the team structure looks like, what day-to-day work involves, and how cooperation with clients happens in practice.

During the afternoon, we discussed topics such as the structure of agency work, the roles and responsibilities of project managers, advertising specialists and creative specialists, as well as the key skills and knowledge young professionals need in order to successfully start their careers in the industry. 💡

Thank you for the interest, the questions and the conversations. It is always a pleasure to share our experience with those who are only just beginning to discover their place in marketing. ✨
