Recorded all-analogue, direct-to-tape in concert hall Koncertzāle Latvija, in Ventspils, Latvia.

We are excited and honoured to present newest album by legendary Latvian pianist and composer Raimonds Pauls recorded together with Latvian Radio Big Band.

One of Maestro Raimonds Pauls’ most recent works, the instrumental music suite “Moments” is a tribute to the jazz musician, outstanding trumpeter and arranger Gunārs Rozenbergs.

With a good dose of humour, the Maestro lingers in memories of the close collaboration of the two outstanding musicians and their experiences together. This suite reflects the sound aesthetics of the 60s, a time when Raimonds Pauls actively announced himself as a pianist and composer.
