Combining Renars Sprogis idea, creative ideas and performance of video artist Maris Kalve and SOLAVI technical solutions, a multimedia Cesis Castle story was created on the third floor of the western tower of Cesis castle. The magnificent audiovisual projection of 270 degrees on the floor of the room, walls, and vaults represents the most important events of the castle history from its origins and the golden times during the reign of the German Orden, until the Livonian War, the tragic events of 1577, and the subsequent gradual downturn of the castle. The exhibition Multimedia Cēsis Castle story was opened on 3rd June and was seen until 31st October 2019. The exposition now is again open. Welcome to Cesis castle and experience this amazing journey through centuries!
