Apart from the quest for survival, 90% of a man's struggling is for his wife and children. Only 10% for himself. Dear women, be his peace when he returns home. Don't complicate the stress. Let the home be his source of relief where he would be looking forward to run to after the whole work stress. Don't see his job as easy. The fact that some jobs may not be as physical and dirty as the one in the pics doesn't mean it is not challenging and demanding. He may sit in an air-conditioned office but the MENTAL STRESS is draining. Be his support system. His stress reliever. His pain kil!er. Don't let him go and find peace in another place or other arms.
