The Interim Committee Chairperson *Mr Nyeko Simon Peter Aka Producer Usai* welcomed everyone for the Meeting He thanked Da Wiz for offering venue for the meeting. He said the meeting is About how ACHOLI MUSICIANS together with other Well Wishers can come together and see how they can Give Mr Bee P*e a Langi Artist who passed on due to an Accident he got while riding back home on Motor bike a beffiting burial.
This meeting was called abruptly but members should bare with Him since death doesn't knock Doors.
He said that he has been in Touch with _Lango Musicians Led by Professor Maros,Easy Bash and King Blood Moon_ who told him that they commenced their meetings yesterday and will be ending tomorrow. The Burial Date for the deceased is not yet clear because at the deceased home they also lost someone and Burial is tomorrow.
He continued to say that as Acholi Musicians we should give _Bee P*e_ a Befitting burial just like how we did for _Mzee B_. He called everyone to Unite and see that this is a success.
*Juma Jammy* added that what he is about to say is not different from what Producer Usai has said. He once again thanked artist for turning for the meeting on a short Notice. He was pleased by the presence of Manager Steve of Pine Avenue a record label the Deceased belonged to though he parted ways with them. He said Manager Steve has been in touch with the family directly he should tell the committee what trabspired he even asked him to lead this program since the deceased was his artist. Juma Jammy also added by saying that fans have been calling him wanting to know issues in regards to burial program of which he told them to hold on and wait he will come up with official Communication.
*Mins Four* Reactions
*Manager Steve* thanked everyone for coming for the meeting. He admitted for being in touch with the family of the deceased and said that the burial program will be released after one of the relative is buried. He said that he will consult his bosses and see how best pine avenue can come in so as to give a beffiting burial to our dia brother.
He made it clear that he is here in the meeting as him not pine avenue. The deceased was no longer under their Record Label.
*DJ Seeker* reacted by saying that Pine Avenue should be given the lead to over see this burial program on our behalf.
*Mc Lucky* He said that he went the same and he knows how painful an Accident is. He called upon everyone to unite and see that this burial is handled well. He said just as how we gave Mzee B a beffiting burial, we should do the same.
*Bella* *(Speak FM Radio)* She said that she has observed that the attendance of today is a bit low however this should not stop us from continuing with our program. She suggested members should contribute anything they can.
*Dr Kaunda da producer* He said what we are doing today it's not new he suggested a what's group be formed and money to be collected as a team. He went ahead to remind members that by the time of his death, Bee p*e had left Pine Avenue.
*Bowy King* thanked everyone for coming for the meeting, he suggested that the same way we did wen sending off Mzee B plus other artists who passed on its the same way we should do this.
*Romeo Odong* Started by apologising for coming late. He notified members that today's meeting is not about Association but rather as Acholi. He made it clear that everyone belongs to different Association.
He called upon members to unite and make this a success.
He said those who intend to help with tangible things shoud do it whole heartedly.
As an Artist, Bee p*e was so displined he never in person heard him fight with anyone.

There will be no Shows as means to raise money since it will interfere with already planned Shows.
Various Contributions points should be put to allow smooth collections of funds Coordinators to take lead in that.
An Independent Mobile Money line to be opened in the names of one of the Committee members but Mobile money pin to known by only Chairman of the committee.
Meeting to be held every day at 5pm location Alobo City Club.
Action to start tonite with collection from Green Apple.
Kitgum,Pader,Lamwo and Agago to form one team led by Jagglar Chairman Kitgum Artists
