شاب لم يُكمل الـ27 عامًا، ولكنه أعاد ترتيب فهمنا للذرة، وغيّر للأبد شكل الجدول الدوري، وأهدى البشرية إحدى أهم القواعد العلمية الحديثة: فكرة العدد الذري = عدد البروتونات في النواة.

🔬 لماذا موزلي مهم؟ (Data vérifiée)

ولد سنة 1887 وتوفي سنة 1915 — فقط 27 سنة.

نشر أبحاثه بين 1913–1914 في جامعة مانشستر تحت إشراف Ernest Rutherford.

استخدم مطياف الأشعة السينية لقياس أطياف العناصر (Source: Royal Society Publishing).

اكتشف أن تردد الأشعة السينية يتناسب مع مربع العدد الذري → ما عُرف لاحقًا بـ قانون موزلي.

العقد هو التزام… ورضا… وسبب… ومحل.
ولذلك وضع المشرّع المغربي أربعة أركان أساسية لضمان التوازن وحماية المتعاقدين:

1️⃣ الرضا

لا عقد بدون إرادة حرة، واعية، خالية من الغلط أو الإكراه أو التدليس.
✔️ الإرادة هي أساس كل التزاماتنا.

2️⃣ الأهلية

حتى يكون العقد صحيحًا، يجب أن يكون الطرفان قادرين قانونيًا على التعاقد.
وفق قانون الالتزامات والعقود المغربي (ق.ل.ع):

الراشد كامل الأهلية.

التمييز يبدأ من 12 إلى 18 سنة مع حدود قانونية.

فاقد الأهلية تصرفاته باطلة حمايةً له.

3️⃣ المحل

يجب أن يكون:

✔️ موجودًا
✔️ مشروعًا
✔️ قابلاً للتعيين

لأن العقد لا يمكن أن يقوم على شيء وهمي أو مخالف للقانون أو النظام العام.

4️⃣ السبب

هو الدافع القانوني أو الاقتصادي لإنشاء الالتزام.
القانون المغربي يتبنّى:

النظرية التقليدية: السبب المباشر للعقد.

النظرية الحديثة: الباعث الشخصي الحقيقي للطرفين.

Par l’effort, les nuits blanches, l’exécution, la rigueur, les résultats mesurables.
Il construit, il corrige, il assume, il porte l’équipe.
