الطريقة كتكون تقريباً هكا:
الفلاح كيشد المنجل بيد، وكيجمع قبضة ديال الزرع باليد الأخرى.
كيقص السنابل من التحت بحركة سريعة.
من بعد كيتجمعو فـ "حزمات" صغار.
كيتخلاو ينشفو شوية تحت الشمس.
من بعد كيدّوهم للبيدر باش يداز التذرية والدراس.
وكان العمل جماعي بزاف:
