what exactly is diabetes?
Diabetes is a disease that occurs when the body’s immune system that fights the body’s infection attacks and destroy the insulin beta cells of the Pancreas.

For a clear understanding,,,, in a normal way, anytime you eats, your pancreas which is sitting on top of your liver releases insulin, the insulin is what regulates your blood sugar level and keeps it in a normal range.

So when your immune system attacks this pancreas, there’s no more insulin to regulate your blood sugar level, and the blood sugar level will spike and keep going higher, that is when you develop diabetes.

The major causes why the immune system attacks the body system is still yet unknown as the scientists haven’t come up with any credible evidence why such attacks happens, but it is believed that environmental factors and genes are most of risk factors.

There are stages of diabetes,
1) type 1 diabetes
2) type 2 diabetes
3) Gestational diabetes
4) pré-diabetes

But the most deadliest type of diabetes that is being considered a life threatening is the END-STAGE DIABETES. but for this to happen, means that you have been living with diabetes for over many years, sometimes it’s either you aren’t managing the disease very properly or the disease has stopped responding to treatment which is called (Insulin resistance)

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO AVOID DIABETES

3) Eat healthy plant foods. Plants provide vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates in your diet. ...

What exactly does the kidneys do??

Healthy kidneys do many important jobs. They keep your whole body in balance by:

1)removing waste products and extra water from your body

2)helping make red blood cells

3)helping control blood pressure

After a several wide range of research, it was discovered that the most common cause of kidney failure is High blood pressure and diabetes, are the two most common causes of kidney failure. They can also become damaged from physical injury, diseases, or other disorders.

Now what happens when the kidney fails?
Kidney failure does not happen overnight. It is the result of a gradual loss of kidney function. Some people do not even know they have kidney disease until their kidneys fail. Why not? Because people with early kidney disease may not have any symptoms. Symptoms usually show up later in the progression of the disease and may include:

trouble sleeping
poor appetite
weakness
tiredness
itching
weight loss
muscle cramps (especially in the legs)
swelling of your feet or ankles
anemia (a low blood count)

Healthy kidneys remove wastes and extra fluid from your blood. But when your kidneys fail, wastes and excess fluid can build up in your blood and make you feel sick. Once you begin treatment for kidney failure, your symptoms will improve, and you will start to feel much better

But it will be better to avoid being diagnosed with this life threatening sickness than treatment.

What you can do to avoid kidney failure or kidney diseases are,
1)Be careful of the sugary foods and drinks you consume, to avoid diabetes.
2) control your High Blood Pressure

STOMACH ULCER!

For almost 3 decades now, 90% of people in our society has had this Believe that ulcers are caused by inability to eat food regularly, or eating spicy foods, or maybe stress.

But after a several range of wide research, it was discovered that peptic ulcers are caused by a particular bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori), or most of the times some Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) or Pain relief medications are all an increased risk of developing ulcers.

Another myth that might blow your head is that eating hot foods can increase your risk of developing ulcer, because your digestive system is one of most softest parts of your body.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO LOWER YOUR RISK OF DEVELOPING STOMACH ULCER OR ANY TYPE OF ULCERS!

1)treat bacteria infections
2) limit how you take pain relief medications
3) limit how you take anti-inflammatory drugs.

I have come to realize that Health Education is one of the most underrated subject in our society today, people are ready to pay huge sum amount of money to go to comedy shows, Music Concerts, Entertainments, Cinemas, Including Relationship Therapists.

But Nobody is actually paying attention to Health Educations and Tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

When you talk about healthy lifestyle, a lot of people misinterpret it as maybe eating one of the most expensive meal in the world, or drinking expensive wines and juices, without being aware that Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t cost you a penny.

Are you aware that the healthiest and most nutritious drink on earth is just Water? I’m sure you don’t know.

There’s a-lot of sick people in our society today, and 90% of the cause of their sicknesses is something that they could have simply avoid with just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

I initially created this page for comedy skits, but after my wide research, I discovered that Health education is one of the most less talked about topic in our society today, whereas Health education is one of the most vital information we need in our everyday lives.

Follow me as I embark on this journey of teaching how we can maintain a healthy lifestyle to avoid unnecessary sicknesses and maintain our quality of life.
