The Al Akhawayn Short Film Festival is a yearly event organized by the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane in collaboration with the Moroccan Short Film Festival of Rabat. With a jury made up of professional filmmakers and faculty, the ASFF is an opportunity for AUI students to showcase their technical and creative skills in a prestigious and rewarding shor

... avec Saad Bennani, organisateur du Festival du Court Métrage Marocain de Rabat, et l'Ecole des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université Al Akhawayn à Ifrane. Le Al Akhawayn Short Film Festival (ou ASFF) est né de l'envie de créer une plateforme pour les jeunes étudiants qui feront le cinéma Marocain de demain.

​Pour faire simple ASFF c'est:

1. Récompenser le talent et la créativité des étudiants du Maroc à travers une compétition estudiantin de court-métrages dans 4 catégories: fiction, documentaire, clip musical et publicité. Les gagnants de chaque catégorie reçoivent des prix et cadeaux, ainsi que des certificats signés par un jury de réalisateurs renommés au Maroc et dans le monde. ASFF a invité tous les étudiants du Maroc à se battre pour le titre du “Meilleur Etudiant Réalisateur de l’Année”. Rejoignez nous à Ifrane du 14 au 17 Mars 2018 pour découvrir qui gagnera la compétition.

2. Découvrir des films primés. En deux ans, le Al Akhawayn Short Film Festival a accueilli Kamal Hachkar (Tinghir Jerusalem les Echos du Mellah), Adil El Fadili (Courte Vie), Narrimane Faqir (Leurs Nuits), Ghouti Lakhdar (5 minutes), Othman Naciri, (Sin Palabras, 37Km Celsius), Younes Yousfi (Houkak), Mahassine El Hachadi (Postcard), Mohamed Abderrahman Tazi (Badis), et Raja Sadikki (Yemken, Parole aux Citoyens).
