I don’t know why it is, but I always feel better when I’m around the sea 🤍

Whether I’m catching a boat across the water ⛴️

Relaxing on a quiet beach with the waves rolling in 🏝️

Or standing on a rocky cliff watching whales breach in the distance 🐋✨

There’s just something about the ocean that makes everything feel a little lighter 🌊

The salty air, the endless horizon, the sound of the waves 🌬️💙

It slows life down in the best possible way 🥹

Every moment feels calmer, simpler, and more peaceful 🤍

Ever wondered what it’s like to shop on a boat? 🚣‍♀️⬇️

If you’re heading to Bangkok 🇹🇭, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is a MUST-SEE! 📍

Here’s what I experienced ⬇️

I still can’t get over how unique and lively it was!

As I floated down the canals, the vendors in their colorful boats were offering everything from fresh fruit to sizzling street food 🍉🍍🍌

The hustle and bustle of it all felt like a snapshot of traditional Thai life…

You can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia and wonder while you’re there 🤩

➡️ Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your visit to Damnoen Saduak ⬇️

⏰ When to go:
➡️ The market is open daily from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It’s best to arrive early to beat the crowds and see the market at its most vibrant!

📍 How to get there:
➡️ Damnoen Saduak is located about 100 km (62 miles) southwest of Bangkok, and it’s easy to get there by car or with a tour that offers transport from the city. Expect a 1.5-2 hour drive, depending on traffic!

🛶 What makes it unique:
➡️ The boats: Unlike typical markets, the vendors here sell goods directly from their boats, making for an unforgettable shopping experience on the water!
➡️ Traditional way of life: This market has been running for over 100 years, and while it’s more touristy now, it still holds onto its roots as a hub for local commerce!

Trust me, Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is one of those rare, once-in-a-lifetime experiences that will leave you feeling like you’ve stepped into a completely different world!

Have you been to this iconic market, or is it on your bucket list?

Here’s the ultimate 7-day Croatia sailing route ⬇️

⛵ The Route:
Dubrovnik → Mljet → Korčula → Vis or Lastovo → Hvar & Pakleni Islands → Brač → Split 📍

✔️ relaxed coastal cruising
✔️ short sailing passages (usually 2–5 hours)
✔️ swim stops and beach days
✔️ mixing marina nights with quiet anchorages

🏝️ Explore Croatia’s incredible islands!

🌿 Don’t miss the hidden gems!

🍷 Slow down and enjoy the Adriatic lifestyle!

The magic of sailing Croatia isn’t rushing from harbor to harbor — it’s long swims, waterfront dinners, sunset drinks, and lazy afternoons in beautiful bays 🌅
