A 3 hour round trip to and from the garage where our van 🚐 is being fixed.
We had to pick up some more belongings for our next house 🏡 and pet 🐾 sit.
Not sure when it’s going to be ready to collect as we’re waiting on the insurance company to agree the work!
We have jobs up until October so at least we have places to stay.

I’ve been wanting to try this treatment for about a year now.
Found a great therapist Laura in this salon in
I was a therapist and teacher for over 20 years and ran my own very successful business so I am quite fussy when it comes to having treatments.
I went for the Moroccan oil scalp balancing option after the therapists recommendation after viewing my scalp under the microscope camera.


Very enjoyable and my hair and scalp feels so clean and healthy.
Will definitely be having another one ☝️ 💆🏻‍♀️

After crashing our tiny home on wheels 🚐😢😔☹️😞🥺 we had to book into a cheap hotel 🏨 as we didn’t know how long it would take to assess and repair 👨‍🔧 our van.

We chose in as it’s close to the town, good transport links, the beach and allows dogs 🐶

We booked a double room which was £67 per night (£10 of that was the fee for lady)
This includes evening entertainment (we didn’t go to any of this)
There is also a gym, pool 🏊 and sauna 🧖 for a fee of £4 which is a bargain.
We didn’t use these.
We thought as long as the room is clean we would be fine.
As you can see from the pics it was far from clean.
We realise it’s the summer holidays but there were kids running up and down the corridor screaming 😱 for several hours.
Also the room was so hot 🥵 and the window did not open more than a few inches!

We decided to go and speak to reception and they kindly upgraded us with no extra cost to an executive room with a balcony and sea 🌊 view which turned out to be the best thing about it.
Plus no noisy children 👧

We stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned or refreshed in that time.
There was no sign of any cleaning in the lobby areas either as we noticed the same cigarette 🚬 butts and dirt on the carpets.

We give the hotel a rating of 3 out of 10 and that’s being generous!

Lovely clean facilities, friendly staff and fair priced restaurant.
Just a bit too noisy for sleeping 💤

Today us and our tiny home on wheels was transported to the garage where it is going to be assessed for damage and repairs needed.
So we have had to find a cheap hotel 🏨 to stay in not easy at this time of year.
