Ideas in motion 💡, new pathways unfolding, and an energy that inspires the JPO at ENCG Settat, organized by C2P, was far more than a simple visit. Held on Valentine’s Day ❤️, the event embraced a special Valentine-themed atmosphere that celebrated passion for learning, ambition, and future success.

From inspiring conferences and personalized coaching sessions to TAFEM workshops 📚 and an immersive campus tour 🏫, each activity offered concrete insight into both academic and professional opportunities.

Here, every encounter turned into an opportunity, and every question sparked ambition ✨. It was a complete experience that transformed curiosity into motivation and opened the door to new possibilities proving that sometimes, the best love story 🫶 begins with investing in your future.

The hardest thing to do isn't learning something new. It's unlearning what we once believed to be true. 🎙️
On February 13th, BDE PIXEL opened the doors to TEDx ENCG Settat, and what walked in wasn't just a crowd. It was curiosity. It was questions we'd been too afraid to ask. It was the quiet courage to let go of old certainties.
8 speakers shared powerful stories, words that lingered long after the applause faded, ideas that didn't arrive as answers, but as invitations to see the world differently !! Some talks hit hard. Some made you think for days. Others just reminded you that growth doesn't announce itself. It whispers in the moment you stop defending what you know and start questioning everything.
TEDx ENCG Settat was more than an event. It was a real space for honest conversations and new perspectives, where silence held as much weight as sound 🗣️

Strategic. Innovative. Smart. Forward-thinking. These are not just big words, they perfectly describe the Finance club's latest training session held on February 12.
Led by Mounir Chergaoui, the session focused on Automation and Intelligent performance Management in Fintechs, Startups and Moroccan entreprises, a topic that feels more relevant than ever.
The session highlighted how companies today no longer manage their finances the traditional way. Smart toolsare being used, tasks are automated, performance is tracked in real time. And better decisions are made because financial data is clearer and more accessible.
For Fintechs, Startups and moroccan entreprises, automation is no longer optional, it's becoming essential because when technology and strategy work together, businesses become stronger, more efficient and better prepared for growth.

Students, scholars, and business professionals gathered for the second edition of JECLI to examine international logistics chains in a world that is changing quickly. The study day, held at ENCG Settat, looked at how teamwork and well-informed strategy could lead to resilient and agile remondialization. While interactive discussions linked theory to operational realities, expert speakers offered insightful commentary. In order to better understand the changing needs of supply chain management, participants engaged with emerging competencies, industry challenges, and career pathways.
The occasion promoted critical thinking and forward-looking analysis by fostering a lively conversation between academia and practice. JECLI improved participants' comprehension of logistics systems and their strategic significance by firmly establishing the conversation on real-world case studies and expert experience.
As the day came to an end, attendees felt more motivated than ever and were better prepared to handle complexity and make a significant contribution to the future of global logistics.

Beneath the towering Atlas Mountains, where dusty tracks carve through remote douars and life clings stubbornly to the land, 6Days Club heard the unspoken need. They launched UNIDAYS not as grand heroes, but as ordinary young people answering silent calls 🤍
In Douar Anzou, they steadied the old mosque so its call to prayer could ring clear again. Food baskets reached four villages, turning quiet anxiety into shared meals and grateful nods. The school stirred back to life: walls brightened, a school caravan sparking questions, an informatics caravan handing children tools for tomorrow. New bicycles carried laughter across rough paths. Treesslipped into the soil, small promises to seasons yet to come 🌱
In Agadir Bouachiba and Amersid, two wells broke through dry earth, flowing after years of waiting.

UNIDAYS, porté par le club 6Days ENCG Settat, n’a jamais été un simple voyage mais une expérience guidée par l’engagement et le sens du devoir. Direction Douar Zaouia, commune d’Anzou dans la province d’Azilal, où l’action s’est traduite par une série d’initiatives concrètes au service de ceux qui en ont le plus besoin. Dans ce village où l’accès aux soins et à la scolarité reste presque inexistant, chaque initiative a été pensée pour répondre à des réalités urgentes avec des gestes utiles et durables. Forage et équipement de deux puits, rénovation et équipement d’une école, réhabilitation d’une mosquée, caravane médicale et dentaire, caravane scolaire, installation d’une salle informatique, distribution de plus de 1200 paniers alimentaires, de bicyclettes, de vêtements chauds et d’amandiers au profit des agriculteurs... Des actions menées avec une même conviction celle de laisser une trace réelle et utile. Jour après jour, les espaces ont repris vie et les sourires ont remplacé le silence. Derrière chaque intervention, il y avait une énergie sincère et des efforts partagés, portés par une volonté commune d’apporter espoir et réconfort. UNIDAYS démontre que l’engagement, lorsqu’il est guidé par l’humain et la solidarité, peut transformer des vies et des espaces.

“Compassion is a universal language that requires no translation only a willing heart.”

On January 3rd, Green Invest organized the 6th edition of "The Grooming", in collaboration with IVSA from IAV. At the Les 4 Pattes Refuge, the goal was to dedicate ourselves for animal welfare while achieving one simple goal: stepping into the field and raising awareness about the empathy and responsibility we owe to the creatures who cannot advocate for themselves. Our presence was meant to leave a drag path through recognizing the stories and the quiet resilience behind every pair of silent yet expressive eyes.🐾

In these moments, quiet but full of the overjoyed echoes of the elated animals, we were reminded that the most lasting impact often comes from the smallest acts. Furthermore changing their stories and connecting with the truest form of our own humanity.💚🤍

القيادة ليست مجرد لقب، بل هي قرارات جريئة تُتخذ في أصعب الظروف!
من قلب Encg Settat، منارة التميز والابتكار، عشنا يومي 20 19
تجربة استثنائية تجاوزت حدود المدرجات الدراسية لتلامس واقع سوق الشغل بكل تفاصيله.
في هذا الحدث المميز، خلع طلبة السنة الخامسة عباءة التلميذ وارتدوا بدلة
« صناع القرار ». لم يكن الأمر مجرد تمرين أكاديمي، بل كان محاكاة واقعية مكثفة، حيث تولى الطلبة إدارة شركات بكامل أقسامها الحيوية. على مدار يومين، عاشوا تحديات « ستة أشهر » من العمل المتواصل، واجهوا خلالها تقلبات السوق، وضغوط المنافسة، وضرورة التوفيق بين الإستراتيجية المالية و الخطط التسويقية فالإدارة و القيادة.
المنافسة كانت على اشدها، والشغف كان سيد الموقف؛ فالكل يطمح لرؤية ثمار قراراته وتصدر قائمة الشركات الأفضل أداءً. هذه التجربة هي الجسر الحقيقي الذي يعبر عليه طلبتنا نحو الاحترافية، حيث تصقل شخصياتهم، وتنمي فكرهم النقدي، وتمنحهم الخبرة الميدانية التي تميز خريج ENCGSettat

Le 13 décembre restera gravé comme le point de départ d’un moment exceptionnel ✨. Dans une atmosphère où les idées se confrontaient avec élégance, le National Debate Community Gala a donné tout son sens au thème « L’art de convaincre : compétence d’aujourd’hui, leadership de demain » 🎯.

Fidèle à son ADN visionnaire, le Club des Managers de Demain de l’ENCG Settat 💙❤️, a une nouvelle fois ouvert la voie, rappelant que certaines initiatives n’imitent pas l’existant, mais le précèdent, comme la toute première étincelle qui un jour a structuré l’art du débat au Maroc 🔥.

L'événement a su allier rigueur et légèreté : un panel captivant, un débat de jury intense et inédit où les jurys ont débattu et les débatteurs ont jugé, donnant naissance à des échanges aussi audacieux que stimulants. Les discussions se sont prolongés dans des sessions de networking riches, animées par la présence de clubs de débat venus de différentes grandes écoles 🏫.

Et au delà des mots, l’énergie était partout : danse, chant, émotions partagées, une ambiance vibrante et inoubliable. Le NDCG a non seulement laissé une empreinte indélébile, mais il a aussi confirmé une trajectoire d’excellence et un succès qui s’impose naturellement ✨.

Merci au CMD d’avoir embrassé son essence fondatrice, celle qui ose avant les autres et fait du commencement une signature💙❤️.
