1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
Salt and pepper to taste
Thyme and nutmeg for seasoning
Directions:

Add diced chicken and chicken stock. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface.

Classic Italian Caprese Pasta Fusion

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and cooled fusilli pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mozzarella balls, halved
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fusilli, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil.

2 onions, thinly sliced
2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes per side. Remove patties and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over the onions, stir to coat, and cook for 1 minute.

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onions, and carrots. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
