Every birthday, I look for a mimosa bouquet.

This year in Italy they told me it’s not in season yet.

I was on my way to find some anyway - on the other side of the alps.

Instead, I was surprised with the biggest bouquet I’ve ever held.

It travelled from Menton to Monaco with me.

Some traditions just find you in the most unexpected ways💛

It’s about time I properly introduce , after some stories I’ve shared here recently.

Some of you may know that back in the days I was calling France my home. It shaped my taste, aesthetics and love for vintage markets since when I was a teen.

I would always be excited to see what I will find at “Brocantes”. It’s really rooted in French heritage as they love mixing old with new.

Later, I worked as an interior designer, both remote and on-site in France, Lithuania and overseas; showed up in design magazines; my projects landed on covers.

More than ten years ago Midcentury modern vintage in Lithuania was non-existent - no one wanted old heritage in their homes.

Everyone wanted brand new everything.

I was trying my best to educate clients on vintage there, and luckily more companies would appear selling iconic vintage objects.

Even if now my work has shifted away from traditional interior projects and more toward working with brands and companies and my own private projects, vintage and sourcing never left my eyesight.

I kept observing people - why would they fill homes with things that won’t survive few seasons, that are made in factories, where design and quality isn’t really appreciated?

That’s what is about. Carefully sourced decor, tableware, barware with a sustainability, circular economy, craftsmanship and style in mind.

Iconic vintage doesn’t end up forgotten or thrown away. When it’s chosen well, it becomes part of everyday life, carries history, and holds emotional value and becomes centre of discussion during your house events.

I hope you will enjoy this project as much as I do! And feel free to hit a follow if you’d like to be inspired, or purchase some thoughtful gifts.

Collections will come in DROPS, stay tuned 💜

Back in my dear Lyon after years - a city I once called home - I wonder why I haven’t done this earlier 😊

Same streets, but seen through a different lens - the grown-up me walking through the city I once knew so well 😍

Pâtisserie mornings (and afternoons🤭) to die for (visited famous , left me speechless), best coffee view to Saône from my hotel, water public transport, visiting some fantastic locations like and , and happy seeing some familiar faces again.

Lyon probably hasn’t changed, but my perspective has - and that’s the beauty of coming back.

Until the next time do discover more 💙

A reminder for anyone, myself included that we move forward even if it looks like tiny steps.

If you turn back and remember your dreams from 5 years ago, you’ll see how far you’ve come.

I am grateful to be able to spend a random Monday at this beautiful Ligurian village where people from all over the world come on holidays 🙌🙏

Scroll to the last video, it took my breath away for a minute 😍💙

A Weekend in Thessaloniki guide – All about food 😍

Update: When I finished writing this post, I realised it’s almost all about food. And it’s not false! Greece offers best food in the world, so enjoy my small guide🥰

💜 Had zero plans. Just a weekend, good company, and a massive craving for freddo and bougatsa.

💜 I wasn’t sure how I’d vibe with Thessaloniki at first… but then the first dinner came, then wine, then rooftops, then bougatsa, and I felt home 💜

Here’s what I’d actually recommend if you’re heading there:

💜 Things to eat:
• Bougatsa – sweet or savoury. My to go to in the mornings
• Koulouri – local bagel - addictive.
• Loukoumades – Greek donuts (traditionally with honey + walnuts).
• Bougiourdi – baked feta with peppers. Order it once, dream about it forever.
• Soutzoukakia – spiced meatballs in cinnamon tomato sauce. And don’t tell I haven’t warned you how good it is🥹
• Mastiha – liqueur or dessert. Don’t overthink it, just try. My fave!

💜 Wines and grapes to know:
• Malagousia – fresh, floral, and perfect in the sun.
• Xinomavro – red or rosé, earthy, and unexpectedly elegant.
• PS: My secret to wines - if you have no idea what to order, simply take house wine in tavernas, you’ll be pleasantly surprised! Some of the best wines on earth I tasted there. And no Barollo can compete with that 😱

💜 Where to drink great Freddo and have brunch:
• – brunch & natural wines, Nice interior, fantastic terrace

• – vintage, warm, a bit hidden
• – cool but not trying too hard
• – design deli vibes, where you brunch and shop

💜 Food / Tavernas / Cocktails / Rooftops
• .rooftopbar – stunning views + very good wine recs
• Castra Terrace – slow sunsets
• Wall by Wall / Brusco / Yenti – great food with a twist
• Ladadika area – tavernas with live music, bars

• Kitchenbar in the Port area
• Last photos from Meteoron restaurant in Kalampaka village - honestly best views to enjoy food 😍

Repertorio 2025 at Nilufar Depot. It’s just 💣

Still one of the boldest curations in Milan and one of favourites to come back every year during Milan Design Week 💜

Where vintage and contemporary design meet — not to compete, but to elevate each other.

This year’s Silver Lining, co-curated with Fosbury Architecture, is pure atmosphere:
mirrored ceilings, burgundy s**g, quilted walls, soft alpaca, reflective chrome.
Sculptural silhouettes. Sensory overload — in the best way.

Gabriella Crespi next to Supaform.
Gio Ponti next to emerging designers.
This is where design history is reimagined.

Mixing metals, époques, styles.
Every object feels intentional.
Limited editions, future collectibles, and materials we’ll be seeing everywhere soon:
chrome, deep velvet, smoked glass, warm-toned metals.

Nina Yashar once again reminds us:
the future of design isn’t loud — it’s curated.

If you’re anytime in Milan, you can visit both Nilufar spaces for purchase or inspiration.

‼️Which piece would you love to have at home — no matter the price?

Tactile Baltics at Palazzo Litta — what a moment for Baltic design! 🇪🇪 🇱🇻 🇱🇹

As a Lithuanian, I’m proud. But even if I weren’t, this room would’ve still stood out during Milan Design Week.

Why? Let me explain.

Because in a city overflowing with noise and many things going on around, this space invites you to slow down.

This what happened to me when I saw this beautiful woven basket - first thing that came to my mind: “oh this one reminds me of my Motherland - Lithuania.”

Then I turn around and see I’m in room 😍

Baltic design speaks not only of innovation, but of care — for tradition, craft, nature, sustainability and circular design.

From raw ceramics to delicate lighting and earthy textures, the exhibition celebrates material honesty and circular design.

It’s a beautifully curated mix of works from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, where emerging voices confidently stand alongside established designers and studios.

The Lithuanian section, curated by Audronė Drungilaitė, features works by Mantas Lesauskas, Marija Puipaitė, Vilius Dringelis, Liepa Marija Gradauskaitė, and others from VDA arts academy.

From Latvia, we see poetic and sustainable work by Studio Sarmīte, Artis Nīmanis, Emma Sofia, and Ēter, among others — capturing both purity and edge.

From Estonia, there’s a rich variety too — from Myceen’s mushroom-based materials to the conceptual work of Maarja Mäemets, Annike Laigo, and the visionary Heiter X.

You still have time to visit it until Sunday April 13th 😍

Which design object is your favourite in this room? 🥰

Visited the Ex SNIA Factory during Milan Design Week 2025 and, wow, so cool to visit places you’d never visit normally! 😊

Scroll to see last pictures and videos to see exterior!!! 😲

Ex-Snia, once a factory for synthetic fiber production, for this Milan Design Week 2025 .milano decided to overtake it as one of their exhibition places, before the construction of new apartment buildings begins later in 2025.

Under the Volcano by took the experience to another level.

Lava stone, robotically carved into sharp, dramatic blocks that feel both ancient and modern, paired with a deep, rumbling soundscape by Rodrigo D’Erasmo. 🔥

The vertical lava stone forms by Francesco Meda and David Lopez Quincoces? Absolutely mesmerizing.

They brought the raw, elemental power of the material to life in a way that feels both intense and poetic.

I also loved Decibel Made and their cutting-edge approach to design with live demonstrations of large-scale 3D printing.

Their Heron AM system produced furniture on-site daily, including ten original chair designs fabricated from AI-generated patterns.

What’s the most unexpected place where design has totally captured your attention? Let me know in the comments! 👇

.milano — a pop-up experience only during Milan Design Week 2025 by .milano — and honestly, a location not to be missed.

I had an occasion to see Volca’s pre-opening on Sunday and… wow. Just wow.

It’s exactly what this design week was craving. Let me explain.

Finally, a space that brings together design, music, food, likeminded people, and actual vibes — all under one industrial, raw, slightly chaotic (in the best way) roof.

From the moody extra stylish HENGE lounge to the bold flavors by YAPA, art installations and DJ sets that made you forget the time — everything felt curated but not overly polished.

Alive, real, inspiring.

If you’re in Milan this week, make time for it. VOCLA is open every evening until April 12. Go late. Stay longer.

Would you go out for design + music at night here?

Milan Design Week has crazy speed.

You’re moving fast, taking in everything—textures, materials, installations, meeting new designers and chatting with the ones you know.

It’s exciting, but also overwhelming.

And then… you walk into a room like this.
Grand. Decadent. Almost surreal.

And somehow, instead of speeding you up, it slows you down. You look up. You breathe deeper. You observe.

It reminded me—and maybe it’ll remind you too—that great design doesn’t just look good. It knows how to make you feel something.

And that feeling is what stays.

This year, I’m drawn to design that’s bold but intentional. That plays with emotion, not just aesthetics.
That doesn’t follow trends—but creates atmosphere.

If you’ve been craving that kind of beauty too—you’re not alone.

Stay tuned for some crazy news.
