After 25+ years in software delivery, Dzemal Zildzic is now exploring a question every modern tech team will have to answer: how much should we delegate to AI, and where should humans stay in control?

As Delivery Director at Bild. and Product Owner of Crnogochi, he works on human-in-the-loop software delivery where AI agents move the work forward, while people remain accountable.

His experience includes the world’s second-largest Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementation, leading teams of 40+ consultants and teaching AI and Project Management at university level.

Tamara Srzentić is committed to building a better world through how we build technology .. that expands opportunity, agency and the public interest.

She has spent more than two decades inside government learning that the hardest part of transformation is rarely the tech. It’s everything around it: the culture, the capacity, the incentives, the decisions .. and whether good people are actually given the trust and room to do good work.

In California, she built startups and digital teams inside government and led the state’s digital response to COVID-19. She later returned home to become Montenegro’s Minister of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media.

Across those roles, she kept seeing the same thing: talented people held back by systems designed more for compliance than learning and delivery.

So that became the work.

Not another strategy. Not a shinier version or a digital veneer of a broken process. But modeling a different kind of power and building the conditions in which teams can actually succeed: bringing policy, design and tech together; giving people closest to the problem authority to act; creating enough trust to surface what isn’t working; and making it possible to learn and change course without treating either as failure.

Today, through Rebel Alliance, Tamara works with technologists, reformers and public leaders around the world to build those conditions — and the teams and capabilities that can endure long after the consultants leave.

Because transformation isn’t the work of one heroic leader. It requires humility and teams working across disciplines around a shared purpose.

This October, Tamara brings that conversation to IT SPOT 2026 — from what it takes to build truly human-centered institutions to why the next era of tech will demand something more difficult than simply adopting it.

Meet Tamara Pavlović from , an AI Systems Engineer working with data, AI and the technology shaping what comes next. Beyond building with it, Tamara is passionate about sharing knowledge and encouraging more women to find their place in tech.

So today, the mic is hers. 🎤

A message for the women already building in AI, the ones just getting started, and those who might be taking their very first step.

There’s room for more women in AI. Let’s make sure they know it.
