Collection of moon idioms
1. Over the moon 🌕😄 – Extremely happy or delighted.
Example: She was over the moon when she got the job.
2. Ask for the moon 🌙🙅 – To want something impossible or unrealistic.
Example: You can’t ask for the moon; be reasonable.
3. Promise the moon (and stars) 🌙⭐💫 – To make extravagant or unrealistic promises.
Example: He promised her the moon, but delivered nothing.
4. Once in a blue moon 🔵🌕 – Something that happens very rarely.
Example: We only see each other once in a blue moon.
5. Shoot for the moon 🚀🌕 – Aim for something very ambitious or difficult.
Example: Don’t be afraid to shoot for the moon in your career.
