🧠 Who are we, really? In this episode of Unpacking Identity with Maddie, we dive into the world of psychology and identity.

🎙️ Maddie, an ESC volunteer from the Netherlands and psychology graduate, hosted an open Q&A where young people could ask anything about the mind and self-discovery.

💭 From identity and personality to how our experiences shape who we are, the conversation sparked thoughtful ideas and honest discussions.

🌍 It was also a great example of cultural exchange, where international volunteers and local youth shared perspectives and learned from one another.
