🎼 While walking through the city center, sitting in kafanas, crossing the Stone Bridge at night, or listening to street musicians by the Vardar River, music feels present everywhere. It does not stay quietly in the background, it becomes part of the atmosphere of the city itself. In cafés and nightclubs, people do not simply dance to Balkan songs, the rhythm changes the entire mood of the place.

Caring ears, holding fast,
waiting on every syllable.

Nothing to be read in between the lines.

A gaze, silence that says ‘I am here’.

A hand close by, far enough
to leave room for opening.

🇪🇸 Somewhere in Southern Spain, my Youthpass started making sense. Like many Erasmus+ participants, I had a Youthpass certificate sitting somewhere on my laptop, full of competences I never really knew how to use. During a training course in Mollina, I discovered how the EntreComp framework helps translate the skills gained through youth work initiative, teamwork, creativity, resilience, and problem-solving into professional language that employers, institutions, and project partners understand. The biggest takeaway? Your Youthpass is not a participation trophy. It is a professional document. Treat it like one.

👩 According to a 2023 report from Harvard Business Review, women are still less likely than men to negotiate salaries, funding, or investment opportunities, not because they lack confidence or competence, but because they are more frequently penalized socially when they do.

The contradiction is almost ironic: women are expected to lead, create, nurture, organise, innovate, but still hesitate to ask for more in return.

☁️💿 A quiet morning in Skopje turns cinematic as Playground Love by Air plays in the background. What starts as routine shifts into something deeper, a reflection on the subtle power of the French Touch. In the 90s, artists like Daft Punk didn’t chase intensity, they slowed things down, letting loops breathe and everyday moments feel alive. It’s not about escape, but about seeing the ordinary differently.

8:35 AM Morning in Skopje doesn’t start, it leaks in. Soft light spilling over cracked sidewalks, brushing the side of a small church on the corner like it’s half-remembering something sacred. Orth…
