Co-founders Shara Tochia and Hettie Holmes have been at the forefront of London’s wellness scene for the past decade and have launched successful businesses in the space spanning fitness and tech to beauty.

After suffering from stress, adrenal fatigue and burn out as a result of working 100mph in their twenties, they set out to create a platform dedicated to helping other women like them achieve a balanced, active lifestyle to getting their happy hormones firing.

A little Dopamine for motivation towards goals. Oxytocin for love and relationships. Serotonin for self-care and Endorphins for fun and thrills. Everyone’s DOSE is different. Find yours.
