One of the biggest mistakes brands make on Facebook is assuming that more likes mean stronger customer relationships.

They don't.

A post can get thousands of reactions because it's entertaining, trending, or boosted. That doesn't necessarily mean people trust your business or will choose you when they're ready to buy.

What matters is what happens after someone discovers your brand.

Take a look at your page from your customer's perspective.

❓Are people leaving positive comments about their experience?
❓Are customers recommending your business to friends and family?
❓When someone sends a message, do they receive a quick and helpful reply?
❓Do your existing customers come back to engage with your content?
❓Are people mentioning your brand because they genuinely had a good experience?

These are the signals that tell you whether your brand is creating real value, not just attracting attention.

Facebook gives you plenty of numbers to track.

‼️But sometimes, the most important ones aren't found in your dashboard. They're reflected in how people talk about your business and whether they choose to come back.
