Job Description – Art Director

Position Overview

As the Art Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative direction of campaigns, ensuring strong visual storytelling, and pushing boundaries in digital design. You’ll oversee creative projects from concept to execution, collaborating with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clients to deliver impactful work that defines Salt & Pixel’s creative edge.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative vision and direction for digital campaigns, social media content, and brand experiences.
- Guide and inspire the design team to deliver outstanding creative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers for integrated campaign execution.
- Present creative concepts and pitches to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital design, advertising, motion graphics, and UX/UI.
- Manage workflows, timelines, and revisions while maintaining creative excellence under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree , Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of creative experience in digital design, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Art Director role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital production tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI design and motion graphics (bonus).
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to combine creativity with strategic, business-focused thinking.
